Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on completed consultations. However, if you are unsatisfied, please contact us to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

You may cancel a booked consultation up to 2 days before the scheduled time for a full refund.

Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 8-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to issue partial or full refunds at our discretion in exceptional cases.
